Point Distribution

Five (5) points, except for the Member-Guest, will be awarded to every player participating in an event. In addition, points will be awarded for each event in the following manner:

Member-Guest: 2 points will be awarded for every team the player's team defeats within their flight. (10 points will be given for participation in this event)

Beat the Pros: 5 points will be awarded to every player who is on a team that defeats the pros. In addition, 1 point will be awarded for every team the player's team defeats.

Old Cap, Club Championship, 2-Man Best Ball: 1 point will be awarded for every player/team the player defeats within their flight.

Prize Information

Purse: $900
At the conclusion of the MTS, a percentage of the purse (in the form of merchandise gift certificates) will be awarded to the top 7 point leaders in the standings.

What is the Golf Member Tournament Series?

The MTS is a points based system that will determine the male member who played the best golf relative to their ability over the course of the entire season.  Points will be awarded for both participation and quality of play in all MTS events.
