2015 Banquet Room Policies


$300.00 Deposit required at booking.

Room Rental:


$75.00 per hour without any food service with a (2) hour minimum!

Bartender fee of $50.00 for events of 50 people or more!


All beverages must be purchased from Old Capital Golf Club.


You may be allowed to bring your own wedding or birthday cake. NO SANDWICHES, HOT FOOD OR SNACKS!


ALL BANQUET SERVICES INCLUDE:


COFFEE, TEA, WATER, LINEN NAPKINS AND TABLE LINEN

TABLE / CHAIR SETUP & NORMAL ROOM CLEAN UP

DECORATIONS MUST BE PUT UP AND TAKEN DOWN BY THE EVENT HOST.

PRICING INCLUDES SALES TAX AND 20% GRATUITY.  A SERVICE CHARGE OF 18% WILL BE ADDED TO ALL OPEN BAR OR OTHER “TABS”.
